By accessing or using the Law Library mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Law Library is an educational mobile application that provides:

• •AI-powered legal assistant for general information
• •PDF template creation tools
• •Citizenship study resources
• •Legal glossary and educational content

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

• •The information provided may be outdated or incomplete
• •Laws vary by jurisdiction and change frequently
• •The AI assistant provides general information, not personalized legal advice
• •You should ALWAYS consult with a licensed attorney for advice about your specific legal situation

We are not responsible for any actions you take based on information from this App.

Registration

• •You must provide accurate and complete information
• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• •You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• •Violate these Terms
• •Provide false information
• •Engage in fraudulent activity
• •Abuse or misuse the service

Subscription Terms

• •Price: $4.99/month (USD)
• •Billing: Automatically charged monthly to your payment method
• •Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless canceled
• •Features: Unlimited AI assistant access, premium templates, advanced search

Payment Processing

• •All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• •By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges
• •Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

Cancellation Policy

• •You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App
• •Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• •No refunds for partial months or unused time
• •Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the paid period

You agree NOT to:

• •Use the App for illegal purposes
• •Violate any local, state, national, or international laws
• •Impersonate any person or entity
• •Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• •Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• •Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• •Use automated scripts or bots to access the App
• •Share your account credentials with others

Our Content

All content in the App (text, graphics, logos, code, data) is owned by Law Library or licensed to us. It is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

If you upload templates or other content:

• •You retain ownership of your content
• •You grant us a license to store, display, and process your content to provide the service
• •You represent that you have the right to upload the content

Public Domain Legal Content

Laws and government documents are in the public domain. Our compilation, organization, and presentation of this content is proprietary.

The AI Legal Assistant:

• •Uses OpenAI's GPT technology
• •Provides general information only, not legal advice
• •May produce inaccurate or outdated information
• •Should not be relied upon for legal decisions
• •Does not replace consultation with a licensed attorney

We are not liable for any actions taken based on AI-generated responses.

While we strive to keep legal information current:

• •Laws change frequently
• •We cannot guarantee accuracy or completeness
• •Information may be outdated or incorrect
• •You should verify all information with official government sources

We are not responsible for errors or omissions in the legal content.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Law Library shall NOT be liable for:

• •Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• •Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• •Damages arising from use or inability to use the App
• •Errors or inaccuracies in legal content
• •Actions taken based on information from the App
• •Third-party services (Stripe, OpenAI, etc.)

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS (MAXIMUM $59.88).

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF RELIABILITY.

The App uses third-party services:

• •Stripe — payment processing
• •OpenAI — AI assistant functionality
• •Supabase — data storage and authentication
• •Congress.gov, GovInfo — legal content

These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their actions or policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

Informal Resolution

Before filing a lawsuit, you agree to contact us at info@lawlibraryinfo.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to bring disputes in your individual capacity only, not as part of a class action lawsuit.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted in the App. Material changes will be notified via email notification, in-app notification, and an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
